Stephen Richard Revak, Jr.
Stephen R. Revak, 80, Phillips, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, October 10, 2016, at the Flambeau Hospital, Park Falls, Wis.
He was born on August 21, 1936, in Phillips, the son of Stephen and Mary (Boho) Revak.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Jo (Timothy) Beasley of Genoa, Ill., by his sister Mary Ann Vavruska of Menomonee Falls, Wis., by nieces Chris and Laurie, and by many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, with burial at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Phillips.
