NICOLE ULRICH
Nicole Lynn Ulrich, 32, Town of Hackett, Phillips, died in the Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls on Thursday, July 5, 2018. She was born in Park Falls, Wisconsin, on February 11, 1986, the daughter of Francis “Frank” and Lori Janak. She was a 2004 graduate of the Phillips High School. She attended NTC in Wausau where she earned degrees in Nursing, Human Services, and Business Administration. She was married to Curt Ulrich at the Word of Life Family Church in Phillips on August 22, 2015. Following graduation she held a number of nursing positions including Wausau Aspirus Hospital and Pleasant View Nursing Home in Phillips. She was currently the Executive Director of Waterford Assisted Living in Park Falls. She was a member of the Word of Life Family Church of Phillips. In her free time she enjoyed riding on a 4 wheeler with her daughter, fishing, working in her yard, golf, time in the woods with Curt, and spending time with her family, especially playing with her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her husband, Curt; by two daughters, Avery an Caelyn; by her mother, Lori Janak, Phillips, by two brothers, Brent (Courtney) Janak, Phillips and Ryan (Jenni) Janak, Phillips; and by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Janak; by one aunt, Judy Teeters; and by one cousin, Shane Staroba.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church in Phillips with Pastor Jason Bridge of the Word of Life Family Church officiating. Interment will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in the Town of Hill. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.
