JUDITH LEE DROBILEK
Judith “Judy” L. Drobilek, 67, Township of Emery, died suddenly on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at her home.
She was born on June 3, 1947, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Edwin and Vivian (Fischer) Polzin.
She attended and graduated from Notre Dame High School, Class of 1965.
She attended school to become a beautician and was employed at Globe Union Electronics for several years prior to her marriage. She was married to John Drobilek, Sr., on June 21, 1971. They celebrated 43 years of marriage together. They had 3 children Tim, Mike, and John, Jr. When their children were school age, Judy returned to the work force and was employed at Astronautics Corp, assembling components for military helicopters and fighter jets, primarily Blackhawk helicopters. They made their home in the Waukesha area from 1980 to 1990. They made their home in the Township of Emery in 1990 where they owned and operated the Corner Bar until there business was destroyed by fire. She was then employed by Phillips Plastics Corp, for 15 years prior to her retirement in 2014.
In her free time she enjoyed riding through the national forest and exploring old roads.
a cat lover, especially her white Persian, an avid Packer fan, camping, fishing and boating.
She is survived by her husband John, Sr., Township of Emery, by 1 son John, Jr., Ladysmith, Brothers and Sisters-In_Law: Jerry (Donna) Drobilek, Lyndonhurst, Ill., Joe (Stephanie) Drobilek, and Dottie (Tony) Turicek, all of Milwaukee, Jarmie (Ray) Kalebic, North Riverside, Ill., and by 1 aunt Emma. and by other cousins and relatives.
She was preceded in death by parents, by her twin sons Tim and Mike
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at the Heindl Funeral Home, Phillips, with Fr. Gerald Hagen officiating. Interment will be in
The Emery Cemetery, Township of Emery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. on Thursday until the time of the service.
