ANTONIA REVAK
Antonia Revak, 93, Phillips, died on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Aspirus Pleasant View Nursing Home, Phillips. She was born on August 29, 1921, in the Township of Harmony, the daughter of Fred and Anna (Svoboda) Perger. She spent her entire life in Price County. She attended the Martin’s Mill School in the Township of Harmony. She was married to Henry Kucaba on August 24, 1940. He preceded her in death on April of 1969. She was then married to Anton “Tony” Revak on July 5, 1979. He also preceded her in death in 1981. She was employed for many years as a CNA and kitchen staff at Aspirus Pleasant View Nursing Home, Phillips, prior to her retirement. In her free time she enjoyed embroidery and spending time with her family and friends.
She was survived by 5 children: JoAnn Plein, John (Helen) Kucaba and Ron (Jane Ellefsen) Kucaba, all of Phillips, Lynda Janos, Little Rock, Ark., Bonnie (Ken) Schlote, Flippin, Ark., by 4 Step Children: Connie, Larry, Ken, and Brian, by 7 Grandchildren: Greg, Kraig, Dean, Karri, Marrisa, Aaron, and Becca ,by 4 great grandchildren: Nicole, Garett, Addie, and Jack by 1 great- great grandson Parker and by 1 brother: John Perger, Township of Harmony.
She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husbands Henry and Anton, by 3 brothers: Rudy, Jerry and Jim Perger, by 2 sisters: Annie Perger and Blanche Barnet, by 3 Sisters-in-Law, by 1 Brother-in-Law, by 1 Son-in-Law, and by1 Stepson.
A memorial Service will be held at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established.
